Hey there!

My name is Amanda and I am the owner and photographer of Akira-Bella Photography.

I have been photographing professionally since 2010 and fell in love with it from day one!

I can't explain the excitement and inspiration I get when planning a session, sourcing props and costumes for sessions and finding fun ways to be creative for kids, family and concept portraits. I can't have my own children, which I think is part of the reason I've been drawn to photographing families - I love capturing these sweet moments and I love seeing your family grow!

I have also been a teacher for small business, which is where I draw my skills from for business photography sessions.

I wholeheartedly believe that photos are important. For families, photos are a generational link; for businesses, photos capture the essence of you, your product and service; for conceptual shoots, your photos can evoke a side of you that you've struggled to let shine.

I have been studying photography since 2010; I have completed online courses, attended in person workshops, completed a Certificate IV in Photo Imaging and am almost finished with a Diploma of Photography. I have also attended training courses with industry leading photographers. I have invested a lot of time, money and energy into learning as much as I can about photography and lighting, camera and studio equipment and business practices.
